LCD laminator with autoclave TBK-508A
LCD laminator with autoclave TBK-508A - is an integrated device for repairing LCD displays. The built-in laminator is intended for initial thermal (about 40-50C) connecting the LCD display with the telephone glass using OCA adhesive patches. The whole process involves pressing both connected elements with a heated pressure press on pressure up to 3-5kg / cm2 under vacuum (-94 .. -98kPa). We use the autoclave function with koei if as a result of this process small air bubbles remain. The built-in autoclave is intended for the final thermal pressure gluing of the LCD screen and the telephone glass using solid adhesive OCA patches and removing air bubbles.

The device performs the following functions:
- OCA laminator for telephones with a curved screen - the forms allow to apply OCA glue on a new glass
- LCD laminator for telephones with a curved screen - connecting a new glass with a display
- laminator for telephones with flat displays up to 13 "
- LCD autoclave - removing air bubbles
The device has built-in:

- compressor
There is no need to buy additional pumps and compressors!
The device has a set of forms:
- intended for applying OCA glue to the display (replaces the OCA laminator),
- forms for laminating curved screens in a laminator with simultaneous pressing of corners,
For the lamination of telephones with flat displays up to 13 ", no additional form is required. All you need to do is put a rubber or polyurethane backing on the bottom surface of the laminar chamber and a display with or without a frame on it. The device has a flat upper press and a flat base, hence it also works as a classic laminator .
When using TBK-508A, there is no need to have a separate laminator to apply OCA patches to a curved glass because TBK-508A does it alone in one of the stages of the LCD screen repair process.
