Heater separator YOUYUE 972 500W for LCD repairs - designed to separate glass / touch screens from LCD displays with a diameter of 4.5 to 14 "in mobile devices i.e. phones, smartphones and tablets. The heater heats the screen and the display connected with UV OCA / LOCA glue (in in practice, a temperature of 80-100C is sufficient), and then the glued together two elements are cut using a thin molybdenum wire.
The LCD heater is a very accurate device that maintains the temperature at a precisely set value. Uses a precise digital liquid crystal temperature controller.
The upper heating part is made of a thick and precisely made aluminum plate. Thanks to this, the temperature is evenly distributed on its surface. After heating the LOCA adhesive to a temperature of about 80-100C, its structure softens. At this point, using the molybdenum wire, you can separate the touch screen from the display.
What distinguishes this model of heaters is the lack of classic clamps for negative pressure which effectively tightens the screen together with the silicone cover to the heater. This solution allows the separation of even thinner factory-glued layers of LCD screens. The silicone cover seals the space between the heating plate and the broken LCD screen. Built-in very efficient vacuum pump effectively tightens any broken screen without the possibility of displacement during the separation process.
In addition, YouYue 972 has the ability to turn on two suction areas of the heater independently:
- internal for LCD displays up to 7.5 "
- external for LCD displays up to 14 "
Both vacuum areas can also work simultaneously.
