Warranty terms


The products have manufacturer's guarantee. The warranty period for each product is shown in the description. The detailed conditions of the warranty are set forth in print guarantee issued by the guarantor and are included with the equipment. Please take a note that all warranties from produycer/distributor are covered in Poland - in case of sending back items out of Poland additional shiping cost of shiping back item to you may apply. Service
Defects found during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 working days from the date on which the complaint.






 
Recall

Below information affects only to EU customers - if you purchase product to a country that are not part of European Union please contact us before shiping goods.

The customer who is Consumers or Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights who has entered into sale agreement may, within 14 days to withdraw from it without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement starts since taking possession of the Goods by the Customer.

The customer can terminate the contract of sale vendors submitting a statement of withdrawal. Declaration may be made on the form, which has been placed by the Seller on the Website Store at:

To comply with this deadline is enough to send a statement before its expiry. In the event of termination of the Contract of sale, it is considered null and void . Within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in the same state ( unless a change was necessary in the ordinary course of business ) to Multi -COM Sp. z o.o , Krzaklewskiego 31B street, 36-100 Kolbuszowa . Reimbursement paid by the customer the price of goods , inclusive of shipping will be made within 14 days.

In the event of cancellation the cost of providing the returned goods shall be borne by the customer. If the customer uses the right to withdraw chosen method of delivery of the Goods , other than the usual manner cheapest Supplies offered by the Seller , the Seller shall not be required to reimburse the Client incurred by the additional costs. In addition, we want to inform you that in the event of cancellation , the goods belonging to groups : Soldering stations , BGA Rework Stations , Compressors, Autoclave for LCD can not be returned by post simple due to the large size and therefore the cost of returning the goods will be higher than ordinary postal .

Electronic Services

Electronic services that are delivered via email can be refundable before it is delivered. You may be refunded only and only if you have not been sent or had access to information requested.

Hardware equipment
If you recive interface/device you can resend it back within 14 days of reciving it.

If the received goods are faulty , you may take advantage of his choice , with the warranty directly from the guarantor ( manufacturer or distributor ) in the indicated sites and the powers conferred upon him by the seller in respect of non-conformity . Warranty rights and powers available to the customer from the seller in respect of non-conformity are powers separate.

The detailed conditions of the warranty are set forth in print warranty accompanies the goods. Most of the products is guaranteed directly by the manufacturers authorized service centers . The exact addresses of service centers can be found on the warranty card or instructions accompanying the product or the manufacturer's website . It is a very quick process complaint , which allows the shortest lead time for fitness equipment. It is not necessary to report the faulty equipment through dealer. If you decide you want to take advantage of the guarantee through the Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. , it may extend the time to repair , because we only mediator , who will forward your product to an authorized service manufacturer . Deciding on the above , send us your product along with a copy of proof of purchase and a description of the complaint . Remember that the complaint of the issuer of the guarantee examines guarantee ( guarantor ) and not shop . The Seller excludes its liability under implied warranty to Clients who are Entrepreneurs and are Entrepreneurs with Consumer rights.

In this case, the customer must contact us over e-mail for get RMA number and then send goods to our shop.

Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the defective goods , will address the complex complaint and inform you of how to proceed . If the complaint , defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced by another, full woring one . If this is not possible (for example, due to exhaustion of stocks of goods) Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. will return the equivalent of the price of goods .







 
Recycling
According to the Act of 29 July 2005 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws No. 180, item. 1495) the company Multi-COM Sp. with o.o. enables customers to buyers new electrical or electronic equipment, return old equipment (waste) of the same type with the number purchased new.

The company Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. is registered under the number BDO 000001664.







 
Remote Support via TeamViewer

Many problems encountered by users of purchased devices can be diagnosed and solved remotely through TeamViewer connection. Technical support applies only to products during the warranty period of the device - if your device is already after guarantee, contact us by sending an inquiry to technika@multi-com.pl to evaluate the solution to the problem via a remote connection.

To be prepared to diagnose and solve your problems without unnecessary expectation, please send us the following data to the following address: technika@multi-com.pl:

a) name of the device (link from our offer), which the problem concerns
b) the order number and / or invoice for the purchase of the device (possibly information on who the purchase was purchased + the number of the warranty seal)
c) the version of the operating system, including information whether it is a 32 or 64 bit system
d) software version for the device / key that you have installed (that is, you are trying to run)
e) screenshot in JPG showing how the key / card / device in the system is installed (Device Manager)
f) screen shot in JPG, i.e. an error that appears when trying to run the software
g) access data (ID and password) to TeamViewer version no higher than 7.0. If you do not have this version, you can download the quick remote assistance program from Multi-COM Quick Support and run it (the program must be running all the time so that we can connect)

As soon as we receive ALL of the above information, we will provide a solution to the problem or we will connect remotely during the working hours of our company, ie PON-PIA from 8:00 to 16:00 CET in order to solve it.
