Company

Multi-Com Sp. z o.o. was founded in Kolbuszowa in 1999 to address a practical need of its founder: unlocking a NOKIA phone—a service for which there were no market solutions at the time. This necessity paved the way for creating our own in-house solutions at a time when the GSM market was still in its infancy. It also led to the launch of our first online store offering devices, cables, and service equipment for mobile phone repair.

As the GSM industry grew, we expanded our range of products with emerging technological innovations and supplemented them with our own developments. One of our early products was the UNIVERSAL BOX 1.0 and its successor, UltraLogic, launched in 2003.
The rapidly evolving GSM market spurred us to both refine existing products and develop new ones. We offered comprehensive equipment for electronic service centers and phone repair laboratories, as well as formed partnerships with global equipment suppliers. Cutting-edge solutions of the era for LCD repair or reconstruction were available in our store.

Once again, the saying "necessity is the mother of invention" came into play. The same founder accidentally lost important data on a smartphone, which led us to broaden our product portfolio to include data recovery from mobile phones, USB flash drives, memory cards, and other storage media. Since the data recovery market was still in its early stages, we began creating our own solutions and products. These innovations, designed to optimize recovery work, gained worldwide recognition and spurred the growth of our data recovery laboratory.

Through hands-on experience with digital forensics—often tackling complex, "impossible" cases—we built a comprehensive database of solutions, methods, and proprietary data recovery techniques. From this foundation arose our training offerings in data recovery and pinout discovery for memory systems, specifically tailored for law enforcement. Our training programs blend real-world cases with theoretical knowledge, aiming to simplify the recovery process so that participants can readily apply what they learn in their daily work.

In parallel, we continually expand our product range with the latest developments in the fast-changing forensic market. We collaborate with global suppliers and industry leaders, participating in conferences, trade fairs, and lectures alongside top manufacturers in digital forensics. Our forward-looking approach has given rise to innovative products such as MR Monolith NAND adapters and the VR-Table diagnostic station. We remain committed to developing new solutions that help our users meet their evolving needs.

Today, our data recovery clients include law enforcement, government agencies, prosecutors' offices, and state institutions. We also work with private companies and individuals. We often hear that we are the "go-to" lab for hopeless cases—feedback we take as a great compliment.

P.S. A fun fact about our company: our headquarters is located by a river called NIL.
