Data Recovery

Recovering data, files and photos from phones, HDD and SSD hard drives, pendrives (flash) and all other devices.

Losing data from a device that stores your entire "digital life" can be a source of significant stress and inconvenience. In most cases, losing important files also means losing priceless memories. To avoid such situations, we strongly recommend making regular backups and storing them in the cloud, on physical drives, or other media. However, if data loss has already occurred, the most important step you can take to avoid hindering the recovery process is to stop using the smartphone/device in question. This will help prevent overwriting the lost files/data and increase the chances of a successful recovery.

We offer data recovery services for private individuals, businesses, public institutions, law enforcement agencies, and prosecutors' offices.

Types of Devices We Recover Data From
  • Mobile devices (phones, smartphones)
  • Smartwatches
  • Flash memory
  • USB flash drives (pendrives)
  • GPS devices
  • Drones
  • SSD drives
  • Diving computers
As one of the few providers on the market, we are able to analyze readed/recovered data on five independent licensed forensic systems (UFED, Oxygen, MobilEdit, XAMN, MD-RED), ensuring no data is overlooked. This process yields a high success rate. The recovery concludes with a detailed report, delivering your data in a cataloged format with the option to search by category and print the results.

Causes of Data Loss
  • Logical Damage : Data can be intentionally or accidentally removed from a device by deleting files, performing system updates, restoring factory settings, or due to a carrier lock.
  • Mechanical Damage: External factors such as liquid damage, drops, crushing, cracked screens, short-circuits, burns, or motherboard damage can also lead to data loss.

Data Recovery Process
in 4 Stages

STAGE I:

APPLICATION (FREE VERIFICATION AND CONSULTATION)

Fill out:  DATA RECOVERY FORM -  it will allow for initial analysis and verification, including the chances of recovery and the time of implementation of your case. The report contains detailed data about the device, we will ask you to describe the situation that resulted in the loss of data, device data, owner, address. Reliable completion of the report will allow us to make a real assessment of the possibility of performing the service and then its price. After receiving the report, we will present you with the possibilities of reading and/or recovering the data along with the report form. This stage is free of charge. Read the document received carefully, sign it without fail and attach it to the device sent to us, which must be secured for the time of transport.

STAGE II:
ADMISSION TO THE LABORATORY  (DIAGNOSIS AND PLAN OF ACTION)

At this stage, the device is accepted into the laboratory. We create photographic documentation of the submitted medium, a file is created for it, and the device is verified in terms of formality (conformity of the device condition with the description in the notification) and legality (correctness of the provided serial numbers, data and signature of the reporting party). The diagnostic fee for this stage (acceptance, documentation, diagnosis) is 50 euro + VAT. It is charged only if it is not possible to execute the order to read and/or recover data, among others due to the condition of the device differing from the description, physical/mechanical damage to the memory or processor involved in encryption, damage to the motherboard preventing repair and recovery, non-standard security or encryption systems. If we recover data from the submitted device - the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the service - you will not be charged for it.

STAGE III:
WORK IN THE LABORATORY (DATA READING/ANALYSIS PROCESS, I.E. DATA RECOVERY)

Work in the laboratory consists of the actual execution of the order, i.e. reading from the entrusted medium. Note: in the case of damaged devices: physically, software or hardware, at this stage we are able to precisely determine the possibility of recovering data from it due to the complexity of the entire process and the relationship between the individual damages that we must remove or repair.

STAGE IV:
DATA HANDOVER

You will receive the read and recovered data on a FlashDrive/HDD (depending on the amount of data) or as access to an FTP server. You can export selected data, i.e. calls, contacts, photos, account passwords to any location and analyze them. We return the device in accordance with the DATA RECOVERY NOTICE.
