FE PROMOD 2019 for Flash Extractor
FE PROMOD 2019 for Flash Extractor allows you to connect all original Flash Extractor (SoftCenter) adapters for reading through NAND using controlled VCC and Bank states. The adapter has a built-in adjustable VCC voltage in the range of 1.8V to 3.2V (jumper) and 2.0V to 3.6V (potentiometer), powered from the MiniUSB 5V port - this allows to easily see and fix errors on NAND ECC on chips that require lower voltage. The adapter also allows powering the memory with 3.3V voltage directly from the Flash Extractor NAND reader as also offer 5V for UFD connectivy.

- VCC regulation range via jumpers: from 1.8V to 3.2V (0.1V stroke)
- The range of fine adjustment by potentiometer from 2.0V to 3.6V (0.01V)
- Possibility of using the FE internal power supply
- Possibility to connect the meter to read the potentiometer setting
- Possibility to use external power supply
- Built-in pull-up resistors (PullUp)
- Support for 8 bit and 16 bit modes for FE
- Manual banks control
