I will use this tool for the first time today as I just got it yesterday. Upon unboxing and assembly the first thing I notice is the probe cables sent are much to short, in my opinion they should be 12 inches minimum to allow space for working so I will have to make a longer cable for the probe. but looks like a nice tool.

The procedure to make the purchase was a little bit confusing and i had trouble with making the payment. There was a little bit of misunderstanding on my part but i had received very quick and patient support and the communication was very good. I used email to converse and usually it would be expected that the process should be slow. Not true. Everything was handled very fast. I am very satisfied with the pricing and level of service.
