Lead time
Orders placed on working days from Monday to Friday:
- until 12:00 are usually sent the same day*
- after 12:00 on working days they are sent the next day after order confirmation at the latest*
*we inform you about each stage of order fulfillment by sending an e-mail. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your individual customer account.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the specified time, we will send a message informing you about the delay. We will ask you to make a decision regarding the order (divide into parts or cancel).
We reserve the right to fulfill the order up to 7 working days in the event of stock shortages.
Orders placed on non-working days and public holidays:
- are sent as standard on the first working day
