UYUE X6 AUTOCLAVE 13.4 "
UYUE X6 AUTOCLAVE 13.4 " - FOR REPAIR OF BREAKED WINDOWS OF TELEPHONES. The UYUE X6 autoclave is designed for thermal, pressure-bonding of the LCD screen and telephone glass using OCA adhesive patches and removing air bubbles. This is the last element of the LCD screen repair process after a vacuum laminator. The use of a pressure-vacuum laminator eliminates the possibility of air bubbles that may appear some time after the end of the process if only the autoclave is used.
The procedure of connecting the fast (digitizer) with the display is done by heating the above elements under high pressure, resulting in the final removal of air bubbles, melting and hardening of OCA glue. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. The autoclave is designed for LCD screens: LCD (TFT, IPS, Retina, Super LCD), OLED (AMOLED, Super AMOLED, Clear Black).

ATTENTION:
- The use of a pressure-vacuum laminator eliminates the possibility of air bubbles that may appear some time after the end of the process if only the autoclave is used.
- The autoclave also requires a compressor with an operating pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa (4-6 bar) for operation. The compressor IS NOT INCLUDED.
