TBK 578 Mini cryogenic separator with a power of 800W (-185 ° C) is intended for the separation of broken LCD screens at temperatures of -80 ...- 185 ° C.
TBK 578 Mini is a very efficient and quiet cryogenic separator that reaches the following temperatures:
-165 ° C in 20min
-195 ° C at 40min
-210 ° C at 70min
- This time depends on the weather conditions outside.
- The separator is so quiet that the fan is louder than the compressor!
- The separator has a cryogenic chamber with dimensions of 25x19cm and a depth of 25mm and supports all LCD screens up to 12.3 ".
- It is a fully electric separator requiring no liquid nitrogen tanks!
TBK 578 Mini is additionally equipped with a touch LCD control panel with set temperature control.
Advantages:

Operating tips:
- use in ventilated rooms with a temperature not higher than 25 ° C
- the minimum distance of the device from any walls and obstacles is 80 cm (heat dissipation)
- in the case of separation of some displays, it is advisable to remove the screen backlight beforehand
- display exposure time to low temperatures: 30sec ... 3min.
- Place the display in the chamber with the glass facing down
- after disconnecting the power supply, restarting the device should not be faster than after 3 minutes. This protects the compressor from damage
