Chamber Holder for autoclave is specially designed holder for comfortable placement of adhesive displays inside autoclave cylinder. On one side have 4 row 7mm width and on second side have 5 row 3mm width.

LCD laminator with autoclave TBK-508A - is an integrated device for repairing LCD displays. The built-in laminator is intended for initial thermal (about 40-50C) connecting the LCD display with the telephone glass using OCA adhesive patches. The whole process involves pressing both connected elements with a heated pressure press on pressure up to 3-5kg / cm2 under vacuum (-94 .. -98kPa). We use the autoclave function with koei if as a result of this process small air bubbles remain. The built-in autoclave is intended for the final thermal pressure gluing of the LCD screen and the telephone glass using solid adhesive OCA patches and removing air bubbles.

Procedure for bonding glass (digitizer) with display is done by heating under pressure of these elements, resulting in is removal of air bubbles and melting and curing the adhesive OCA. The autoclave is recommended for bonding LCD displays (TFT, IPS, Retina, Super LCD), because it prevents damage to the backlight layer, which may take place during the bonding process displays by LOCA. Autoclave can also be used with displays OLED (AMOLED, Super AMOLED, Clear Black).

OCA M-TA04CK LCD 8'' autoclave is designed for thermal pressure bonding of the LCD screen and fast phone with the use of OCA adhesive plasters in the form of solid and air bubbles removal. This is the last element in the process of repairing LCD screens on a vacuum-pressure laminator. The use of a vacuum-pressure laminator eliminates the possibility of air bubbles that may appear after a certain time from the end of the process in case only the OCA autoclave will be used. The procedure of joining the glass (digitizer) with the display is done by heating the above elements under high pressure, causing the final removal of air bubbles, melting and curing of the OCA adhesive.
