LCD OCA Repair set FG600 - Professional version it's the professional complete set of equipment / machinery for LCD repair in OCA technology which includes semi-automatic separator TBK 958, semi-automatic degumming machine CP-127, precise MTriangel separator, automatic press and autoclave TBK 608, laminar dust free desk DF1200 and all necessary connection cables .

Semi Automatic Vacuum separator TBK 958 allows in easy and efective way cut out broken/demaged glass from LCD to apply new one. On manual version operator must process correctyl molybden wire - here it's maked by machine. Instead of using holders this models uses vacuum for holding down LCD - just put LCD on the heating panel, turn on "Vacuum Pump" switch, then you can separate the glass. LCD separator equip with anti-slip mounting seats. It makes your work smoothly and decreases the opportunity of damaging LCD assembly. This machine set can help separate the cell phone’s touch screen from LCD, or touch screen from front glass lens.
