Laminator GM928 with forms for Samsung

LCD and OCA laminator with forms for Samsung is used to connect curved displays with a new glass of Samsung S6 EDGE, S6 EDGE +, S7 EDGE, S8, S8 +, S9, S9 +, NOTE8 and flat displays as well as applying OCA slices on a new curved glass. The entire joining process consists in pressing the two elements together with a heated pressure press using a pressure of 3-5kg / cm2 in a vacuum. The attached forms for these Samsung phone models are used for this purpose.

* intended for applying OCA adhesive on the display (replaces the OCA laminator) and for laminating curved screens in the laminator with simultaneous pressing of the corners. The device has a flat bottom and top surface of lamination so you can also combine all flat displays!

Specification:
- counter of laminations made,
- operating status of all solenoid valves visualized on the display,
- pressure gauges indicating LCD and OCA lamination pressure as well as vacuum values,
- S8, S8 +, S9, S9 + rubber molds have grooved holes for flex tapes - no need to bend them in the lamination process (in the pictures below - sample set for Samsung Galaxy S9).

When using GM-928, there is no need to have a separate laminator for applying OCA patches to the glass, because the GM-928 does it alone in one of the stages of the LCD screen repair process. If as a result of this process small air bubbles remain, use an autoclave available on our other auctions.

The laminator needs additionally:
- vacuum pump (manufacturer recommends target pressure -94 .. -98kPa)
- a compressor with a working pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa (4-6 bar)
The vacuum pump and compressor are NOT INCLUDED! After connecting these two elements and setting the parameters of the laminator, it is ready for operation.

The device is very different from other similar designs on the market because for each of two lamination processes, i.e:
- connecting a curved or flat display with a new glass
- applying OCA patches to the new curved glass.
you can set separate the following parameters:
- pressure on the LCD during the lamination of the glass with the display,
- the force of pressure on the glass during lamination of the OCA adhesive with a new glass,
- lamination temperature,
- lamination time,
- operating time of the vacuum pump. / li>

Safety Warnings and Usage Guidelines

Based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on General Product Safety (GPSR), we present a list of safety warnings. The aim is to protect users from potential hazards resulting from improper use of products/devices.

* Use the device only in accordance with its intended purpose and the manufacturer's instructions.

Hazards for children:
* Keep the product/device out of reach of children. Children are unable to assess existing risks.

2. Mechanical Hazards

* Check that all components are properly assembled before operating the device.

3. Electrical Hazards
* Connect only to a socket with the appropriate voltage, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
