The LCD / OCA UYUE X13S laminator for straight and curved screens, 15.1 "(24x30cm) is designed to connect a curved or flat display with a new glass, to apply OCA patches to a new curved glass with the use of additional forms. heated by a pressure press at a pressure of 3-5 kg / cm2 under vacuum conditions (-94 .. -98kPa).
The UYUE X13S LCD laminator is designed for:
- connecting a curved or flat display with a new glass,
- applying OCA patches on a new curved glass with the use of additional forms (not included - available at store).
The whole process consists in pressing both joined elements with a heated pressure press at a pressure of 3-5 kg / cm2 under vacuum conditions (-94 .. -98kPa) with the use of the attached precisely made molds.
The device comes complete with a basic lower form to which molds for individual phone models are purchased.
The device has a flat bottom and top lamination surface, so you can also connect all flat displays.
Additionally, the device is distinguished by:
- operating status of all solenoid valves visualized on the display,
- manometers showing LCD lamination pressures, OCAs and vacuum values.
If small air bubbles remain as a result of the LCD lamination process, use an autoclave available at our store..
To operate the laminator additionally needs:
- vacuum pump (manufacturer recommends target pressure -94 .. -98kPa)
- compressor with a working pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa (4-6 bar)
Vacuum pump and compressor NOT INCLUDED! After connecting these two elements and setting the laminator parameters, it is ready to work.
The device stands out from other similar constructions on the market because for each of the two lamination processes, i.e.
- connecting a curved or flat display to a new glass
- putting OCA patches on a new curved lens.
the following parameters can be set separately:
- pressure on the LCD during laminating the glass with the display,
- the force of pressure on the glass during the OCA glue lamination with the new glass,
- lamination temperature,
- lamination time,
- working time of the vacuum pump.
The small dimensions of the device in comparison with the above-average capabilities make the device a distinguishing model on the market in the class of devices.
