The LCD laminator TBK-808M 2in1 is designed for the correct lamination of displays with a new fast using OCA glue. The device is designed to repair LCD screens up to 10.2 "of the following types: TFT, IPS, Retina, Super LCD, OLED, AMOLED, Super AMOLED , Clear Black. The device has an integrated compressor and vacuum pump. To carry out the lamination process of an efficient display with a new fast device, no other elements are needed except for connection to the power supply. No need for additional compressors and vacuum pumps!
The device has no built-in autoclave.
The vacuum-pressure laminator TBK-808M is designed for the initial thermal (40-50C) connection of the LCD display and telephone / tablet glass with the use of OCA adhesive patches. The whole process involves pressing both connected elements with a heated pressure press on a pressure of 0-10kg / cm2 under vacuum (-94-98kPa).
