Vacuum LCD separator heater TBK-968 600W for tablets up to 14 'has a heating plate with dimensions of 19.5 x 30 cm, designed to separate glass / touch screens from the LCD display in mobile devices, i.e. phones, smartphones, tablets. It is a very accurate device that keeps the temperature at a precisely set value. The upper heating part is made of a thick and precisely made aluminum plate. As a result, the temperature is evenly distributed over its surface. Maximum size of the heated LCD screen: 14 '.
The negative pressure effectively pulls the screen together with the silicone cover to the heater. This solution allows the separation of even thinner, factory-glued layers of LCD screens. A silicone overlay seals the space between the hob and the broken LCD screen. The built-in very efficient vacuum pump effectively pulls each broken screen without the possibility of displacement during the separation process.
Additionally, TBK-968D has the ability to independently turn on two suction zones of the heater: middle and outer.
