Vacuum heater LCD separator TBK-988 250W for 8.6" The service vacuum heater TBK-988 with a power of 250W is designed to separate glass/touch screens from the LCD display in mobile devices, i.e. telephones, smartphones and tablets. The heater supports all flat displays up to 8, 6" incl.
- The heater heats the screen and the display connected with UV OCA/LOCA glue (in practice, the temperature of 80-100C is sufficient) and then, using a very thin molybdenum wire (also available from us), the glued elements are cut. In the next step, a new touch screen (digitizer) is glued to the working LCD display using UV LOCA glue (also available from us).
- The LCD heater is a very accurate device that maintains the temperature at the exact set value. It uses a precise PID temperature controller. The upper heating part is made of a thick and precisely made aluminum plate. Thanks to this, the temperature is evenly distributed over its surface. After heating the LOCA adhesive to a temperature of about 80-100C, its structure softens. At this point, the touch screen can be separated from the display using a molybdenum wire.
- What distinguishes this model of heaters is the lack of classic clamps in favor of a vacuum that effectively pulls the screen together with the silicone overlay to the heater. This solution allows for the separation of even thinner factory-glued layers of LCD screens. A silicone overlay seals the space between the heating plate and the broken LCD screen. The built-in, very efficient vacuum pump effectively tightens each broken screen without the possibility of displacement during the separation process.
