AOYUE Int866 Rework Station is a powerful hot air rework station that combines functionality of hot air gun (400 W), soldering iron (60 W) and IR preheater (400 W). AOYUE Int866 can be used for recovering CBGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, PGA and other BGA components, as well as replacement of specific components.
