DIAGNOSTIC COSTS: The initial cost of the expertise/diagnostics (initial fee) of the sent devices or telephones in terms of the possibility of data recovery is EUR 45 excl. VAT (if apply). This fee is charged automatically if the recovery cannot be performed (e.g. the condition of the device differs from the description, damage of memory/SoC or motherboard preventing repair and recovery, non-standard sec.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF READ AND RECOVERY SERVICES:

The Ordering Party declares that it is the owner and/or administrator of the device/media submitted for data recovery and has full rights to dispose of the data and information stored on it.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. declares that the activities aimed at data reading perform with the greatest care, but it does not guarantee that all information on the phone can be recovered. Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee the full consistency of the recovered data, even if the recovered files appear to be 100% correct.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. is not liable for hidden or physical defects of the delivered device, which may appear only during the examination of damage and reading, as well as not responsible for hidden physical defects and data damage on the delivered device. Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the deterioration of the data delivered to the laboratory as a result of activities aimed at data recovery.
Multi-CM Sp. z o.o. informs that opening the device, if it is necessary to diagnose the scope of damage or to recover data, can cause permanent and irreversible damage to the device, preventing its further, normal use, and also involves the loss of warranty claims, which the Customer is aware of and what agrees.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Krzaklewskiego 31B, 36-100 Kolbuszowa, NIP: 814-15-61-101, undertakes to attempt to read data according to the instructions of the ordering party from the entrusted device.
The Ordering Party declares that all data and information contained on the delivered device/media are in accordance with applicable law. Multi-COM Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for the legality of the software and information stored on the supplied device/media.
The Customer agrees to the processing of data contained on the entrusted device in order to read / recover them *.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. undertakes to protect the data entrusted, as well as to respect the trade secret regarding cooperation with the ordering party and not to provide any information about the ordering party without his prior consent. After reading/analyzing the data from the entrusted device and transferring it to the ordering party, they will be secured for a period of 21 calendar days and then removed from all media used for their processing and analysis.
All information regarding activities related to the reading / retrieval process constitute the secret of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o.
The recovered data is stored and secured by Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. until they are picked up by the Customer.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. declares that he will not be a participant in any disputes between the commissioner and third parties, related in any way to the results of the analysis and data recovery.
The Orderer declares that he knows the procedure of data recovery, the method of setting the price and the current price list of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o.
In the event of resignation from the service, the device is sent back to the address indicated by the customer or at the customer's request it may be issued at the company's headquarters. The cost of sending the device to the customer in the case of sending back the device is charged to the Customer.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. informs that if the equipment is not collected within 21 days from the end of data recovery service, it will charge fees for the storage equipment in safe cabinets according to the EN 14450: 2006 standards. The cost of storage is EUR 5 nett t for each started day. If the carrier is not collected within 2 months from the order completion date, the device will become the property of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. and will be disposed.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kolbuszowa (36-100), ul. Stanis³awa Krzaklewskiego 31B, Poland in order to perform the service. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to perform the service. I have been informed that I have the right to access my data, the possibility of correcting it. I know that I will be able to withdraw my consent at any time. *

The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Access to personal data will only be granted to authorized employees of the service department.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer and the right to object.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data).
