Adapter MR BGA132 12x18mm Developer Edition
Adapter MR BGA132 12x18mm Developer Edition is an adapter intended for engineers, developers and researchers, providing access to all NV-DDR3 protocol signals - a total of 84 individual lines. The adapter includes standard pinouts with additional signals such as: DQS, DQS_C, RE_C, VREF, ZQ, and independent VSS, VSSQ, VCC and VCCQ lines.
Note: The product is intended for professionals developing their own solutions using additional signal lines that are not supported by tools such as VNR, P3K or FE.
Of course, the adapter also works as a standard BGA132 adapter for older SDR/DDR protocols
Note: 4 signals from the 88-pin raster are not connected in the ONFI 5.0 standard and are not used. Each VCC, VCCQ, VSS, VSSQ power line is independently led out to the female IDC connector.
