Scotle-HR460C BGA station 4,8KW with TV system allows assembly and disassembly of components BGA, SMD, PBGA, CSP include XBOX360 (CPU/GPU, RAM), PS3 etc. and other large-sized boards, thanks to quality workmanship, easy-to-use touch control panel, and the three independent temperature zones.

It is with embedded industrial PC, high definition touch screen interface, PLC control, and instant profile analysis function.
Real-time setting and actual temperature profile display , so users can analyze and correct parameters when need.
Scotle HR460C applies high precise K-type closed-loop control and automatic temperature adjustment system. Together with PLC and temperature module, users can control the temperature efficiently and can keep the temperature deviation of ± 2 ℃.
Meanwhile, SCOTLE HR460C is equipped with external temperature sensor which can detect, analyze and certify the temperature precisely.
Scotle HR460C uses V-groove removable Fixture which can help locate the PCB quicker, more accurate and easier. It is also equipped with movable universal abnormal pole for irregular and diffrent sizes of PCB boards and BGA chips.
Scotle-HR460C uses removable and retractable universal fixture which can protect PCBA from deformation, and avoid damaging the surrounding components from damage. And it is suitable for different component packages reworking.
Scotle HR460C is equipped with different kinds of alloy hot air nozzles which can be rotate in 360 degrees for easy positioning and they can be changed and replaced easily.
Scotle-HR460C has three independent temperature zones, and each can run their own specific temperature profiles independently at the same time with PID control and can get to the best soldering effect.
The setting of the heating temperature, time, slope, cooling and vacuum suction can all be finished through the TFT touch screen.
Top and bottom temperature zones can be set 6 to 8 temperature files and can store more than thousands of profiles for different BGA reworking. Users can select, analyze, set and certify those profiles on the touch screen.
Scotle-HR460C applies high power cross flow fan cooling system uses which can cooling the PCB quickly to avoid deformation. Scotle HR460C is with built-in vacuum pump and external vacuum suction pen which facilitate removing the BGA chip time.
Scotle HR460C is equipped with alarming function which will alarming 5-10 seconds in advance before the soldering or desoldering finished. When the top and bottom stop heating, the cooling system starts working until the BGA rework station down to room temperature, which can protect the machine from aging.
Scotle HR460C is equipped with external camera system, and users can saw and detect the melting process.
