DIAGNOSTIC COSTS: The initial cost of the expertise/diagnostics (initial fee) of the sent devices or telephones in terms of the possibility of data recovery is EUR 50 excl. VAT (if apply). This fee is charged automatically if the recovery cannot be performed (e.g. the condition of the device differs from the description, damage of memory/SoC or motherboard preventing repair and recovery, non-standard sec.)

NOTES FROM CUSTOMER / SPECIAL REQUIMENTS::

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF READ AND RECOVERY SERVICES:

The Client declares that they are the owner and/or the lawful holder of the device/media submitted for analysis and possess full rights to manage the data and information stored on the submitted device/media.
The Client declares that all data and information contained on the submitted device/media comply with applicable legal regulations.
The Client consents to the processing of the data contained on the entrusted device for the purpose of reading/recovery.*
The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the data recovery procedure, the pricing method (depending on the device's capacity and condition), and the current price list of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Krzaklewskiego 31B, 36-100 Kolbuszowa, NIP: 814-15-61-101, undertakes to attempt to read data from the submitted device/media according to the Client's instructions. At the same time, Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse the service if the circumstances presented by the Client raise doubts about the legality of the request.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. shall not be held responsible for the legality of the software or information stored on the submitted device/media.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. declares that it will perform the data recovery procedures with the utmost care; however, it does not guarantee the recovery of all information from the device. Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee full integrity of the recovered data, even if the recovered files appear to be 100% correct.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. is not liable for hidden or physical defects of the submitted device, which may only be revealed during damage assessment or data reading, nor for latent physical defects and data damage. Furthermore, Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. informs that opening the device-if necessary to diagnose the extent of the damage or to recover data-may cause permanent and irreversible damage, making further normal use of the device impossible, and may result in the loss of warranty claims, which the Client acknowledges and accepts.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any deterioration of the device/media submitted to the laboratory as a result of activities undertaken to recover the data.
After reading/analyzing the data from the entrusted device and transferring them to the Client, the data will be stored and secured by Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. for a period of 21 calendar days, after which they will be deleted from all media used for their processing and analysis.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. undertakes to maintain trade secrecy concerning cooperation with the Client and not to disclose any information regarding the service and/or the Client without prior consent.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. declares that it will not participate in any disputes between the Client and third parties related in any way to the results of the analysis or data recovery.
All information regarding activities related to the data reading/recovery process constitutes a trade secret of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o.
If the Client withdraws from the service, the device will be returned to the address specified by the Client, or, upon request, may be collected in person at the company headquarters. The Client will bear the costs of diagnostic fees and shipping, if applicable.
Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. informs that if the equipment is not collected within 21 days of notification of service completion and a request for collection, storage fees will be charged for keeping the equipment in certified secure storage cabinets (EN 14450:2006). The storage fee is PLN 15 net for each commenced day. The Client will be charged for storage costs.
If the equipment is not collected within one year from the date of notification-or within two years of service completion if notification is not possible-the media shall become the property of Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. and will be disposed of (pursuant to Article 187 in connection with Article 183 of the Civil Code). Disposal costs will be borne by the Client.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by Multi-COM Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Kolbuszowa (36-100), ul. StanisÅ‚awa Krzaklewskiego 31B, Poland in order to perform the service. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to perform the service. I have been informed that I have the right to access my data, the possibility of correcting it. I know that I will be able to withdraw my consent at any time. *

The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data will be processed only for the purpose of providing the service.

The administrator does not share data or transfer data to a third country / international organization.

The data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

Access to personal data will only be granted to authorized employees of the service department.

You have the right to access your data, correct it, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer and the right to object.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data).

Since the basis for data processing is your consent, we inform you that consent can be revoked at any time. In order to exercise these rights, the data subject may send an appropriate e-mail to: rodo@multi-com.pl.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in order to place a service order.

The data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
