Electroconductive Adhesive MECHANIC MCN-DJ002 0.3ml after evaporation of the solvent provides 100% electrical conductivity at the joint. The paste has a consistency of a rare paste which, after evaporation of the solvent (thermoplastic resin), sucks into a solid form. Full electrical conductivity occurs in the solid phase.
Parameters:
- conductive agent: silver powder 80-90%
- particle size of silver: = 2H
Long-term operating temperature: below 70 ° C
- thinner: ethanol (proportions eg 1: 0.7-0.8)
- capacity: 0.3ml
Designed for spot repairs:
- paths and transitions on PCBs
- paths and connections on glass surfaces
- connections on LED panels
- Complementary LED backlighting on iPhone 5 / 5S / 6 / 6S / 7 / 7S
(Removes static problems (smudges) that appear after the LCD repair process)
Properties
- excellent adhesion to glass and artificial surfaces such as ABS, PC, PET, PVC, PU
- excellent resistance to moisture
- Ability to reduce drying time at higher temperatures
- creates a durable coating on the surface
Usage Recommendations:
- coating thickness: 10-20um
- ensure proper ventilation of the room
Keep away from heat / sparks / open flames / hot surfaces
- smoking prohibited
Drying time:
At room temperature 2-3 hours depending on layer thickness and temperature.
After heating the glue with hot air (eg a dryer), the drying time is reduced:
- at 60 ° C - 20min
- at 90 ° C - 15min
- at 120 ° C - 5min
- at 135 ° C - 4min
- at 145 ° C - 2min
Complete drying and cure 12-24 hours at room temperature or 145 ° C for 2 minutes
