Scotle station IR PRO SC v4 BGA 2,8kW USB infrared soldering station dedicated to any BGA, SMD, PBGA, CSP repairs includes XBOX360 (CPU/GPU, RAM), PS3 etc. The station consists of selected high-precision materials (temperature sensor, controller, heater) for precise control of soldering / unsoldering BGA components. Heat output 2.8 kW ensures that the device can handle even the largest chipsets.
