(However, the website is a little bit confusing.
I\'m computer literate so it wasn\'t difficult to figure it out but for an ordinary person it could cause confusion and might as well failure to find the right product and the way to pay. My advice is to try to simplify the website finctions in order to make them more obvious and understandable. Ask someone around you, who has never done an order like this and follow the process. Wherever that person got stacked, confused, try to make that part on the website easier.)

unfotunatly, explanations about the product i purchase was unclear, such as in one sentance says it\'s include software and in couple sentances below says it doesn\'t.
the software was not sent in the package, it was send couple days after in email when i contacted the support team.
