Techot TH-395 Soldering Station
Techot TH-395 Soldering Station is a professional soldering station designed to replace BGA chip on PCB boards requiring high power heating. Suitable for use with both leaded or lead free tin. Thanks to the programmable profiles and high quality heating elements we have precise control over the process of soldering and thus the effectiveness of the repair. High power output makes the TH-395 is the perfect tool for electronic services specializing in the repair of laptops and consoles.
Features:
- Choosing precision materials (temperature sensor, controller, heater) for precise control of soldering / resoldering BGA components
- Heat output 3.2 kW provides that the device can handle even the largest BGA chips
- Upper heater (hot air) and lower (infrared) run independently and be able to set 8 rising temperature ranges and 8 fixed. The device can store 10 groups of temperature profiles at the same time
- The device can be connected to a PC via a COM port, allowing control via the included software
- Adjust the upper heater in three dimensions guarantees a perfect adjustable of position the airflow over the solder element
- Specially designed magnetic nozzles are immediately mounted give the ability to set any angle. They have been equipped with special drainage holes which is air does not blow out the elements in around of the solder
- Thermocouple with high sensitivity provides accurate temperature measurement on both sides of the PCB. Additional sensor provides control actual temperature during comunication with PC.
- Both the heating zone (upper and lower) can be controlled independently.
- Installed fan protects the PCB from overheating and deformation during soldering. After the process cooling PCB
- The device signals the end of the soldering process / resoldering. Vacuum tweezer allows easy removal of the BGA
- Installation of board is done using a specially carved rails or brackets for boards with irregular shapes
