Adapter EMMC for Riff BOX (RC1000)

Adapter EMMC for Riff BOX - RC1000 allows a very simple repair phones with blocked JTAG access (GT-i9300 / N7100 / N719 / N7102, etc.), repair phones with damaged JTAG points/pads (access to ROM2 by EMMC) or read/write EMMC applicable for the data recovery/analysis. Using the adapter you can perform format EMMC or low-format (in case of damage EMMC), CMD42 Lock/Unlock/Pasword reset or Samsung eMMC Factory Format. Our adapter allows you to connect in ISP mode (directly onto your phone without removing the EMMC) or Direct (by removing the BGA soldering and the corresponding memory fields or using adapter).

- Full control over the VCC / VCCQ by connection of external power from USB
- The ability to turn ON/OFF Pull-UP CMD and DATA (Dat0) to increase signal levels and improve stability
- Lack of communication problems by applying the same path length for the transmission signals

- allows use BGA adapters used in CHIP-Off for Direct Mode

– CMD42 Lock/Unlock functionality for eMMC - user can set/change/remove password to protect/unprotect (lock/unclock) the User Area Partition
– User Area Partition Forced Erase to erase Locked User Area Partition and to reset Device lock/unlock state and password (CMD42’s consequences)
– Samsung Factory Erase which erases and re-formats the Samsung eMMC chips.


Output signals on the adapter:
- GND
- CMD (ON/OFF DipSwitch to enable/disable pullup signal - 100 ohm)
- CLK
- Dat0 (ON/OFF DipSwitch to enable/disable pullup signal - 100 ohm)
- VCC (voltage regulation using two modes - 2.8V / 3.3V)
- VCCQ (regulation voltage range in three modes - 1.8V / 2.8V / 3.3V)
