Q: : Which option to choose?
A: : If you have the original Riff, select this option from the properties, if your Riff is CLONE (unoriginal) purchase version for clone.

Q: : How to check if my device requires activation or not?
A: : each new purchased Riff got this activaiotn for free but If you are already user of Riff Box and activated it, no more than 180 days ago you will also get this for free. However, when you try to start software and getting the message "Account Expired" as on picture below - means that you have to buy activations.



Q: : How to download the latest versions of the software?

Q: : How to prepare installations for new Riff ?
A: Since all plugins from older versions are not compatible with the new version that supports EMMC you need to rename the directory Riff where previosu installation was made (version 1.56 or lower) then download the new installation 1.58 and after run the update box firmware to version 1.38. After this operation, simply re-download plugins.
