UYUE X5 PRO has a flat lower and upper lamination surface. Thanks to this, apart from curved screens, you can also repair all flat displays ! Just put a rubber or polyurethane sponge on the bottom surface of the laminar chamber.
If small air bubbles remain as a result of the lamination process, a built-in autoclave and a UV lamp should be used to fix the process.
In addition, the device is distinguished by:
- counter of lamination processes carried out,
- work status of all solenoid valves visualized on the display,
- separate digital pressure gauges indicating the lamination vacuum and the pressure on the display,
- independent pressure regulation when connecting a curved or flat display with a new glass and applying OCA patches to a new curved glass,
- manual lamination (pressure) mode,
- rubber molds S8, S8 +, S9, S9 +, NOTE8 have grooved holes for flex tapes - no need to bend them during the lamination process,
- built-in UV lamp that prevents the appearance of air bubbles between the display and the new glass after the repair process.
When using UYUE X5 PRO, it is not necessary to have a separate laminator to apply OCA patches to the curved glass because the device does the same in one of the stages of the process of replacing the display glass.
