A five-stage filtration system (mesh/spark arrestor + pre-filter + HEPA + 2x carbon) provides high purification efficiency and real protection for the operator's health. The filter system used captures both larger dust particles and microscopic particles as small as 0.3 µm.

Adjusting the suction power in 10% increments allows you to adapt the performance to current needs – from delicate precision work to intensive production. The device is equipped with a remote control, enabling convenient management of the extractor's functions without having to approach it, and a flexible suction tube allows for convenient positioning of the nozzle right above the smoke source.

Filtration system:

The RT750 fume extractor features a five-stage purification system: metal mesh (1x), pre-filter (1x), HEPA filter (1x), and main active carbon filter (2x) – quickly and precisely removing toxic substances from the air. High-class filters are characterized by significantly better efficiency and precision in capturing fine fume particles than using a carbon filter alone.

• Mesh filter: high-temperature metal (spark arrestor), mesh pre-filters the air by capturing large-diameter particles, protecting remaining filters from mechanical and thermal damage.
• Pre-filter: pre-filters the air and captures all larger contaminants present in fumes – above 50 µm. Recommended replacement interval: every 2 months.
• Middle HEPA filter: thoroughly filters the air from all contaminants. For particles above 0.3 µm, its filtration efficiency reaches 99.97%. Recommended replacement interval: every 2 to 3 months.
• Main carbon filter (double filtration): absorbs all unwanted and harmful fumes. For particles above 0.3 µm, its filtration efficiency reaches 99.97%. In the case of filtering dangerous gases, its efficiency exceeds 95%. Recommended replacement interval: every 3 to 6 months.

The specified replacement period for each filter may be extended or shortened depending on the level of contamination and intensity of use.

Steel filter - spark arrestor

The RT750 fume extractor has been additionally equipped with a steel filter, which serves a key function in workshop extractors as a spark arrestor.

Spark arrestor functions:

• Stopping hot particles: Thanks to a dense, multi-layer metal mesh, the filter mechanically blocks sparks and hot metal splatters (e.g., from grinding or welding) before they can reach the inner parts of the device.
• Fire protection: This is the most crucial role of this filter. It prevents embers from entering subsequent filter cartridges (e.g., HEPA or carbon), which are made of flammable materials (paper, fabric, activated carbon).
• Cooling (heat sink effect): Steel has high thermal conductivity, so acting like a heat sink, it instantly absorbs heat energy from fine sparks, extinguishing them on its surface.

Operation:

Ease of operation is guaranteed by flexible tubes, allowing convenient movement of the suction nozzles to achieve the best results. The device is easy to assemble and quickly fits into any workplace. The extractor features a single suction tube, which guarantees high suction power. If you need effective suction force, always use a single suction tube or increase the number of units at workstations.
