Accepted method of ordering:

Order by our Internet shop - most fastest and secure way to order. This is preferred order method for low and big quanity orders.

Order methods

Order by Internet shop:

a) Shopping in our site can be made in the 'Products' section. To buy specified item you must write a quantity into the form near button and then click on it. Selected product will appear in cart. This does not mean that you are making a firm order. It just creates a price quotation of your potential order.

b) You can add all cable types an quantity, or special accessories, etc. in the purchase bag and take some away later in the process. When you are done, click on check cart link at any place in our shop (you will see link on the right), and you will be able to modify this price quote.

c) At any moment of order you may delete chosen item from order by just clicking on image after entering to "check cart".

d) If you decide to confirm the order just click on send order link at 'YOUR ORDER' panel, you'll be requested to give name and address details, choose a payment means, and you'll have to confirm once more that you want to place this order (you may at any time leave the process and go back to the product pages).

e) A reply mail will confirm the price quotation and acknowledge receipt of your order if you select Credit Card payment, in other case is not necessary confirmation email with all payment details.

f) After payment verification confirmation we will send you an email with approximately shipping time of your parcel.

g) If you choose DHL or UPS as a courier you can track your order after dispatch from our company at any time, day or night, from any location, and to know exactly when your package will be delivered. Please note that only DHL or UPS are traceable method - others like EMS, post office cannot be tracked via any websites.

Order forms
In this OnLine shop you can make orders in modes:

mixed - covering both goods and services / activation ( activation devices , logs , credits ) . Buyer places one order and make one payment for the entire order . Delivery of goods is via selected courier company or the Polish Post Office , and the provision of services / activation occurs through e-mail and in most cases involves assigning the activation of the Customer's account or provide him username / password to the service ( detailed information can be found for each product )

electronic - orders containing only electronic products in the form of activation devices , logins and passwords for services equipment manufacturers. In this case, the execution takes place via e -mail or direct communication with customers via instant messaging , etc.

physical - orders containing only material goods in the form of equipment , cables, etc., used in our shop . In this case, the supply of goods occurs via selected courier company or the Polish Post.

Full time of order by this method - from 7 to 14 days + shipping time.

Progress 1 - MAKE AN ORDER - in this step you make an order. After adding items to cart you fill order form and send it.
Status of order: UNCONFIRMED
Time for this operation: undefined

Progress 2 - CONFIRMATION - after making an order in about 10 seconds you will recive automatically e-mail for confirmation. If you choose T/T wire bank transfer then after confirmation you will recive ID of your order, if you choose Credit Card as a method of payment you now pay for ordered items on secure page using your Credit Card
Status of order: IN REALISATION
Time for this operation: depends on client when he confirm order

Progress 3 - VERIFICATION/MONEY COLLECTION - if you choose T/T bank transfer as a method of payment in this time we are waiting for confirmation from our bank that money was transfered to our account - once money will be collected we follow to next step. If you choose Credit Card this time is spend to full verification of your card to avoid fraud transaction - we check card holders names in bank that relase your card, verify your transactions in our authorization company. This process don't have any connection with correct authorization on Secure page - authorization means only that you got funds on your card but don't give 100% sure to avoid frauds.
Status of order: DURING VERIFICATION
Time for this operation for bank: depends on your bank speed (usually from 2 up to 5 working days)
Time for this operation for Card: from 1 hour up to 14 days if some data don't match and your bank don't confirm it on-fly

Progress 4 - ORDER PREPARE - if money was recived or Card was positive verified. In this step we last time test ordered items and pack them very well. In this step also all documentation is created like invoices, export documents for duty tax offices (SAD declarations or needed certificates) . Please note that when all is packed we follow goods to duty tax office in Rzeszów city for making duty tax clearance and stamp package with security plombs to avoid any unpacking while it's on the way to client.
Status of order: DURING COMPLETION
Time for this operation: from 2 hours up to 48 hours

Progress 5 - DUTY TAX OFFICE CLEARANCE - this is the time that packages stays in duty tax office. Sometime it's few hours and sometimes it's few days - we cannot speed this operation since it's goverment clearance. Please note that to avoid this time we strongly suggest to choose DHL or UPS shipping since then duty tax clearance is not needed because all is maked on airport directly.
Status of order: DURING COMPLETION
Time for this operation: from 2 hours up to few days

Progress 6 - SHIPPING on POST OFFICE - this progress means that package was got positive clearance and it's on the way to clients. Client recive information how long shipping will take - usually 14-21 working days for post office or 3-5 working days for EMS Pocztex.
Status of order: REALISED
Time for this operation: depends on chosen way

DHL or UPS - all are EXPRESS method (not EXPEDITED)

General information:

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, until time of shipment, no charge will be applied to you for canceling an order.

After payment if you want to cancel order all money needed to re transfer money to you will be taken from amount sended.

Cancellation of order after shipping from our company it's not possible - we will not return you money even you will return us equipment. This case paperwork with SAD documents and exporting gods with our duty tax office.

Every customer of our shop got the opportunity to check the current status of their orders by phone or by a specially created form on our website.

Order modification

Modification of the order is possible directly from our online store. The system constantly monitors the status of completed orders and until you do not receive it status "Completed" or "Realized and Paid" The customer can modify its contents by adding / deleting the contents of the virtual cart internet.


Order cancellation

If you registered in our procurement system, you can use it to report a desire to cancel the order. We are not able to cancel the order if the package has already been sent, ie given to the courier company.

Promotions, discounts and prices

When making purchases from our online store you can get additional discounts than those showed in Discount page . In each of these cases, store automatically selects the best available for the customer discount and proposes his choosing .

For sales or sales promotion , intended for a limited number of goods. In such a situation, the implementation of orders is the order in which the goods covered by confirmed orders promotion until stocks run out.

Prices on products are net prices + 23 % VAT or gross price (including 23% VAT). In both cases, the client informed of what is being portrayed as concerns online store value . Prices do not include shipping costs , which are given in a separate tab, constituting an integral part of the Rules of Procedure - Delivery

We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website at any time, eg in connection with a significant change in the exchange rate , or a significant change in prices from our suppliers. Individual negotiations

There is also the possibility of individual price negotiations among the various groups and products.
