eMMC ISP - pinout search service
eMMC ISP - pinout search service is service addressed to laboratories, investigators and service companies that want to make reading ISP eMMC memory but do not have the appropriate eMMC ISP pinouts, which they can use to read data from device. Our lab will conduct research so that you get ready pinout for eMMC ISP without making any research at their own.
What is the turnaround?
The standard service is carried out on the test model ( "donor") received from the client - in 99% of cases it will be not damaged as to find pinouts we do not use the simplest method which is ChipOff but oscilloscope, logic analyzer and specialized equipment and in some cases also X-Ray. If you can not send a "donor" we can order same unit at our own to find correct pinout without need to send it to us (this is common solution used for our clients from EU or US)
Is pinout can be found in 100% ?
Unfortunately no - in a few years of our research we met many cases where pinout ISP could not be presented because it does not exist. Why? On some motherboards, not all signals are available in a form accessible to the ISP connection. In some models signal lines (eg. CMD DAT) from eMMC -> processor is implemented without the taps so that it is not possible to read the ISP. In this case, the customer will receive a full report on the study to the exclusion of signals that are not there.
Is pinout includes a communication mode 1 bit or 4 bit?
The basic service deliver 1 bit but for an extra fee we can find a pinout for the transmission of 4 bits (if available).
What is the duration of the service?
The standard is 10 working days - there is a possibility of an accelerated mode (up to 5 days) or Express (48h).
Is the following price is the total price for the specific pinout eMMC ISP?
Yes if we will recive donor from you, if we will need to buy a donor we will contact with you with price we need to pay for a donor.
In what form will I receive the pinout?
Pinout will be sent to the testing documentation by e-mail or in addition to the specified address in the order.
