Which option to choose if it comes to the type of damage (logical, physical)?

Below you will find information explaining what the types choose:

• Choose logical if device is working (recognised in system correctly) and delivered to us in order to recover deleted data.
• Chose physical if equipment is damaged (flooded, broken) so not working. To physical type of damage also also unrecognized device in the system or identified with zero capacity.

Note:
In the case of damaged devices, it is only at this stage that we are able to precisely determine the possibilities and recover data from it. Service diagnosis of damaged devices that come to us in order to perform FFS / RAW readings / Data recovery are payable. The diagnosis is free of charge if, after its completion, the equipment remains with us in order to provide a full service.

NOTE
Despite the best efforts during the analysis process we do not guarantee the possibility of recovering all of the above data - in some cases, some of them may be damaged, overwritten and their interpretation may not be possible.


What tools do you use?
For repair we use the latest methods of extraction using the original / licensed software and hardware - Cellebrite UFED PA / 4PC Ultimate, Visual Rusolut NAND Reconstructor (VNR), VR-Table and specialized software.

Q: Is it possible to transfer payment in advance?
A: No. This is due to the fact that the card may be damaged in such a way that the recovery of the data will be not possible (ie. broken NAND memory) so we will not charge for repair.

Q: How long does the recovery takes ?
A: We try to make time of recover the data as short as possible - standard time is 28 days. There is also Express (14 working days) and Super Express (7 days) at extra payment.
