Who is this service dedicated to?
Reading from eMMC via the NAND protocol is dedicated to cases in which the eMMc / eMCP memory controller is damaged (memory not detected, memory detected with 32Mb size) or persons who have performed a factory reset of the device.
NOTE: The NAND recovery service with eMMC / eMCP is available only for non-encrypted devices and is an invasive method - it means that the device will not be functional after the service has been performed.

In the case of damaged devices, it is only at this stage that we are able to precisely determine the possibilities and recover data from it. Service diagnosis of damaged devices that come to us in order to perform FFS / RAW readings / Data recovery are payable. This is due to the fact that most new devices based on FDE / FBE encryption require prior partial or complete repair, comprehensive repair of individual modules, bringing the device to a state that enables communication. Often these are complex service works involving rebbalancing of circuits, replacement of components whose complex structures require precise micro-soldering, including BGA soldering. We often deal with several defects where only after removing one, another becomes visible. Removing them determines the success of the entire data recovery process from the device. In order to be able to clearly, unquestionably and precisely assess the possibility of performing a recovery service, we must perform a complete diagnosis of the device. The diagnosis is free of charge if, after its completion, the equipment remains with us in order to provide a full service.

Although we make every effort during the analysis process, we do not guarantee the possibility of recovering all of the above-mentioned data - in some cases some of them may be damaged, overwritten and their interpretation may be impossible.

FAQ
Question: Is it possible to pay by bank transfer in advance?
A: No. This is due to the fact that the card may be damaged in a way that prevents the recovery of data from it (eg a broken memory chip) and the recovery of data is not possible. In this situation, we do not charge a service fee and the only cost for the customer is the transport fee.
Question: How long does the repair take?
Answer: We try to make the time of data recovery as short as possible - the standard time is 14 days, omitting the need for transport, in the accelerated version it is 3 business days and in Express it is 24 hours from the moment of receiving the phone (accelerated options and express are additional paid options)
Question: What is the cost of the courier order to pick up the phone?
Answer: The courier's order cost is 17.50 PLN
Question: Is there a VAT invoice issued for the service?
Answer: Yes. We issue VAT invoices.
