The lost data may have occurred as a result of damage to the controller, damage to the eMMC protocol pads, erroneous voltages when making a copy of the system by ISP methods or the system defect itself.

Who is this service dedicated to? 
Reading from eMMC via the NAND protocol is dedicated to cases in which the eMMc / eMCP memory controller is damaged (memory not detected, memory detected with 32Mb size). Method can be used also when chip is mechanicaly demaged due wrong ChipOff procedure.

Step2 - Wait for verification of your case by our lab - once it's done you will recive PDF form. Please print PDF, sign and send to address you recive in e-mail.

Step3 - Wait for recovery process to finish and notification about payment. You will get from us 4 files which are neccessary to run your MCU to fully communicate with Tesla servers:

* we cannot guarantee that we will be able to recover ashadow file but we will do everything to get it from chip

The initial cost of the expertise/diagnostics (initial fee) of the sent devices or telephones in terms of the possibility of data recovery is EUR 45 excl. VAT (if apply). This fee is charged automatically if the recovery cannot be performed (e.g. the condition of the device differs from the description, damage of memory/SoC or motherboard preventing repair and recovery, non-standard sec.)

FAQ 

Question: Is it possible to pay by bank transfer in advance?
A: No. This is due to the fact that the card may be damaged in a way that prevents the recovery of data from it (eg a broken memory chip) and the recovery of data is not possible. In this situation, we do not charge a service fee and the only cost for the customer is the transport fee.

Question: How long does the repair take?
Answer: We try to make the time of data recovery as short as possible - the standard time is 14 days, omitting the need for transport, in the accelerated version it is 7 business days and in Express it is 3 days from the moment of receiving the phone (accelerated options and express are additional paid options)

Question: Is there a VAT invoice issued for the service?
Answer: Yes. We issue VAT invoices.
