IR BGA 720 Infrared Welding System it’s 3 in 1 Repairing System that combines the function of an Infrared welding tool, a soldering iron and a pre-heater. It's high quality Infrared station that allows precision solder leaving no marks in reworked circuit boards. By using this item movement of surrounding components can be eliminated. Also adjustable preheating surface temperature that prevents PCB distortion can be setup up. This station can be used widely for reworking BGAs, micro BGAs, QFPs, PLCCs, SOICs, small SMD and other circuit board components. It has built-in vision shield design due to which users are protected from harmful light rays.
